MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the finance & Accounting team of the company with special focus on efficiency and effectiveness of budgetary and Internal Controls.

2. Assist the Directors (F& A) to achieve financial goal of the organization.

3. Assist the Directors (F & A) for creating finance strategy & policy.

4. Responsible to prepare budget (Annual, Half Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly) & approve it to from Directors (F & A).

5. Prepare or oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses.

6. Summarize and forecast on the state of the company's financial affairs.

7. Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, and execute capital-raising strategies to support the firm's expansion.

8. Establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping.

9. Ensure for all formalities done on timely for bank loan etc.

10. Coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.

11. Communicate risks and profits with stockholders and other investors.

12. Monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursements.

13. Determine whether loans must be obtained to meet cash requirements or whether surplus cash can be invested.

14. Develop financial and accounting systems for banking transactions

15. Finalization of accounts, Taxation, ROC Requirements & taking care super visioning of all Statutory books, Bank Proposals for Project Finance.

16. Ensuring Accurate and timely Accounting by the team, verification of financial transactions and related reconciliations, which include

I. Review Sale Receipts, Purchase Bills entry with cross check,

II. To do Trial Balance Analysis on monthly basis of all the group concern

III. Review, approve & control all Chq. Payments, Chq. Receipt, Journal entry, Contra entry, Cash entry

IV. Review, verify & control of all Bank reconciliation.

V. Review, verify & control Reconciliation of Customers Ledger with individual file maintained.

VI. Review Reconciliation of Advance given & bills raise from the Contractors on monthly basis for each project site with the respective Project Manger of the site.

VII. To ensure Monthly Creditors. List Updated on regular basis.

VIII. Keep in mind TDS & take action adherence to it,

IX. To ensure Quarterly return filing & accordingly follow up from respective persons,

X. Cross checking of Advance payments. Vouchers etc.

XI. Checking Monthly Salary statements, Attendance, Leaves etc. Co - Ordinates with CA, Consultants, Income Tax Dept., Excise & Service Tax Dept.

XII. Daily E-mail checking, showing to management if urgent, & take action - reply

17. Responsible for Managing relationship with investors.

18. Assisting management in the efficient use of working capital as an aid to improve productivity.

19. Advising management on amalgamations, reconstructions, takeovers and expansion schemes.

20. Maintain the financial compliances of the company as well as 'The Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act 2016'

21. Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and filing relevant returns, dealing with external and internal stake holders for processing the transactions.

22. Documentation regarding processing of loans and arrangement of funds.

23. Assist and advice on Payroll Processing-PF and taxation related matters.

24. To ensure GST audit conducted on timely.

25. Facilitating the audit process and Liaising with the auditors.

26. Conduct review meetings as per the weekly set objectives.

27. Get involve in day today legal aspects of the business.

28. Give legal opinion as a when required.

29. Develop and implement strategy to add value in business targets & Goals

30. Enforces and monitors company guidelines to ensure compliance.

31. Overall responsibility for Finance & Account activities across the business

32. Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

33. Develop, lead and execute Finance strategies as per management directions

34. Achieves financial objectives by preparing& review of annual budget

35. Coordinate and make aware other departments with respect to any changes in legal and regulatory affairs.

36. Responsible for maintain 5 S & safety at work place.

37. Be accountable to the own role in whole process, perform all roles with full responsibility and be effective and efficient at workplace.

38. Submission of reports timely and monthly.

39. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.

Responsible to conduct meeting with higher management about the review of achievement of financial goals.

Training & Development :-

41. Train the Finance & accounts team and assign tasks as per the need of the department.

42. Responsible to conduct weekly/monthly meeting with lower subordinates.

43. Responsible to guide the lower subordinates in day to day working for continual improvement.

44. Responsible to create Second line leaders: Finance head will identify second line leaders and delegate leadership activities to them.

45. Observed each employee's individual strengths and initiated mentoring program to improve areas of weakness

46. Responsible for prepare & maintain training schedule for the calendar year.

47. Responsible for delegation of task to juniors, tracking of work & take report on regular basis.

Knowledge:

1. Thorough knowledge in GST

Proven Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, law & regulations.

Skill:

1. High attention to detail & accuracy.

2. Experience in evaluating and implementing sound Financial & Management Reporting Systems.

3. Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.

4. An effective communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure & meet deadlines required.

Abilities:

1. Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty in all business dealings.

2. Be professional in dress, manners, and conduct.

3. Be a self-motivated individual and display initiative

4. Be positive in every situation even in adverse conditions.

5. Be courteous with the staff and customers

6. Understand and follow all company policies and procedures

7. Anticipate, prevent and solve problems (proactive vs. reactive) within his/her authority.

CA with minimum 15-20 years experience in Finance & accounts preferably from Real estate or Construction Industry
