Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate/Construction Industry - CA

Job Description :

1) The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the company, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

2) Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.

3) Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.

4) Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

5) Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets

6) Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.

7) Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.

Desired Candidate:

3) Preferably from the Real Estate/ Construction industry.

4) 10+ years of post qualification experience of which minimum last 3+ years should have been as functional head for finance & accounts.

5) Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
