Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate - CA

Our client is World's leading Real Estate firms.

- They possess premium ultra-luxury asset classes across real estate and hospitality sectors on Pan-India level.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, tax compliances, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliances, risk management and business finance while looking to make improvements to procedures and controls.

- They will collaborate with the CEO to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and IPO vision.

IDEAL Profile:.

- CA background is a MUST.

- Currently working in CFO or deputy position.

- LISTED company experience is a MUST.

- IPO exposure is an added advantage.

- 15-25 years of experience in Finance and Accounts management.

- Real Estate experience is a MUST.

- Proven track record to work with multiple stakeholders in a high growth environment and deliver results.

Responsibilities:.

- Act as a Strategic advisor to the Management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, financial plans, and business planning & modeling.

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts and IPO process.

- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.

- Prepare financial statements and reports.

- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
