CFO - Real Estate

Mandatory experience requirements:

- Identification of debt funding requirements for the Company, liaising with financial institutions, negotiating and finalizing terms, vetting and execution of documents, satisfaction of financing conditions and drawdown of funds.

- Oversee the financial and accounting practices, direct financial and taxation strategies, policies and procedures.

- Responsible for cash flow projection, tax planning, budgeting, forecasting and preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with India GAAP.

- Coordinate and attend to statutory, tax and internal audit matters.

- Ensure tax compliance at all times.

- Manage the Group's cash position, working capital and funding needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Develop and maintain banking & FI relationship.

- Support business development activities to drive business growth and provide sound advice on accounting impact of acquisitions and divestments activities.

- Assist proactively with costs containment, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities and safeguarding of the company's assets.

Candidate Preference:

- CA with Year of qualification between 2004 -2008 only

- Debt fund raising experience is must

- Real estate or EPC company experience would be preferred
