Qualification: CA/ CS/ MBA in Finance & Accounting

Requisite:

- Applicant with 20+ years of Finance and Accounting Experience in a Leadership role in the Real Estate Business Mandatory

- Monitoring and controlling Account, Finance and Administrations

- Monthly vertical wise P & L Statement

- AOP includes yearly budgeting and planning

- Analyzing budget Vs actual, comparing and preparing variances of financial statements

- Due Diligence related to Merger, Acquisition, Investments & Buy back

- Prepare yearly Profit and Loss Account and Balance sheet as per IND AS/IFRS

- Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Regulatory Audit and Scrutiny and Assessments

- Taxation management includes GST, Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF, FLA etc.

- Compliance of Labour Laws, ROC, Trademarks, Registrations

- Liasoning with Banks, GST Auditors, Statutory Auditors and Company secretary

- Liasoning with Local authorities for Licenses and Registrations

- Internal controls and check on branch accounting

- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions for commonly controlled businesses and subsidiary
companies

- Approvals and negotiations for vendors

- Accounts Receivables & Payables along with Reconciliation

- MIS reporting to the Management

- Grooming and Training Team Members on new accounting and statutory updates=
