Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate

We currently have an opportunity for the role of a CFO with an investment trust in Real Estate.

This role will be responsible for managing the financial resources of the REIT and all its SPVs, compliance with REIT regulations, excellent oversight and management of cashflows and Distributions to Unitholders, efficient management of capital and cost of funding, efficient tax structures and full compliance with all tax regulations, assistance and oversight in Acquisitions.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS :

The most likely profile would have the following experience and qualifications :

- Around 18-20 years of experience with competencies in taxation, treasury management, Private Equity management, fund management, investor relations, and Equity & debt management.

- Proven operational experience and change management in a fast-growing business environment including a strong track record in meeting expectations and delivering on commitments.
