We have been mandated by a leading Power manufacturing for the below mentioned position.

Position Name : Chief Financial Officer

Location : Cuttack

Required experience: 20 Yrs +

Purpose of the role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the project finance, book keeping, banking relations all F&A operation. He will be responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership for the business with closely coordinates and work with the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Finance:

- Lead the project finance initiatives, including identifying funding opportunities and managing financial risks.

- Evaluate project investments, conduct financial analysis, and assess financial feasibility.

- Negotiate and structure project financing agreements with lenders and investors.

- Monitor project financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

2. Book keeping and Accounting :

- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.

- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

3. Banking Relations:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial institutions.

- Manage banking transactions, including credit facilities, loans, and cash management.

- Monitor banking activities and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with banks to optimize financial arrangements.

4. Financial Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with organizational objectives.

- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist in strategic decision-making.

- Implement financial management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

5. Financial Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the company's performance.

- Implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to financial uncertainties.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management policies and procedures.
