Job Responsibilities :

1. Should be hands on with the fundamentals of finance, accounts, financial planning, annual planning, budget planning, demand forecasting, highly analytical and a good team leader. Be the finance strategic business partner to business leaders and other stakeholders

2. Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the region's mission and help execute growth plans.

3. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the region including profit and loss reports, and monitoring of regional and cash flow budgets.

4. Consolidate corporate accounts, Income tax planning, indirect tax, GST, TDS etc.

5. Strong investor relationship - Manage relationship with investors /lenders and provide Investor reporting.

6. Responsible for audit, procurement & all money matters for financial controls.

7. Business partnering - work closely with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making.

8. Help drive requirements and implementation for financial planning and business intelligence systems
