Chief Financial Officer - NBFC - CA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Chairman and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong experience as CFO of a listed NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to Chairman

- He should have working knowledge of raising working capital from NBFCs or Financial Institutions.

- Should be well versed with RBI & SEBI regulations and compliances

- Complete knowledge of GST provisions and filing of GST returns. He should have experience of filing Income Tax Returns and appearing before tax authorities.

- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits

- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions

- Manage relationships with banks

Qualifications:

- Strong finance-based analytical skills

- Minimum 5 year experience as CFO of a listed NBFC

- Should have passed C.A final examination in the 1st or 2nd attempt.
