Responsibilities:

- Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Oversee all financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports

- Submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns to meet all compliance requirements.

- Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

- Collaborate with other department heads to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
