Chief Financial Officer - NBFC

- Play a key role in the development and delivery of the strategic plan, ensuring the alignment of operations, resources and processes.

- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with lenders, bankers, credit agencies and regulatory agencies

- Own the annual operating plan and be responsible for the analysis of budget to actual on a monthly basis and suggest corrective actions as necessary

- Ensure the development and implementation of effective internal controls and risk management framework

- Developing financial strategies at an organizational level by contributing to financial and accounting information, and analysis 

- Focus on accurate and timely financial reporting, and presentation to the Management, Shareholders Committees and to the Board of Directors 

- Spearheading cost leadership and optimization efforts across all elements of the business 

- Monitor and review finance and treasury policies, procedures and practices and ensure alignment with international standards, legal requirements and best practices

- Providing leadership to all members of the finance department; fostering a culture of team spirit, co-operation and continuous self-development within the department.
