Chief Financial Officer - Microfinance Institution

Exp Required: 15-17 years

Our client is a leading Microfinance Institution with a strong presence in Eastern India. Headquartered in Kolkata, our client has already received multiple rounds of funding from leading developmental agencies and private equity institutions.

- Candidates who are keen on applying for the position are required to have a passion for the development sector.

- Our client is looking for a Head finance who will report to the MD and be responsible for overseeing accounts, compliance & funding with his team.

- Each of these functions has a head with a small team under them. The role of the head finance is to monitor, guide and provide leadership to the heads and the teams underneath.

- The Head - Finance will work closely with the MD & the board to manage the company's balance sheet & P&L for the year and track the performance ratios etc

- The key deliverables will be managing the funding requirements, closing the audit well and ensuring full compliance

- The ideal candidate would be a CA / Post Graduate in Finance with a working experience of around 15 years.

- The person should be able to look at the business with a financial & strategic perspective.
