About our Client - Our client is a large, diversified manufacturing business promoted by a reputed Indian business family. One of their primary businesses is a 2000-crore operation based near their Hospet HQ. They are also one of the leaders in renewable energy. Driven by sound management practices implemented by talented professionals, they are looking to add to their team an exceptional Chief Financial Officer who can move on to taking over bigger roles in the near future.

Job Description - Reporting into the managing director of the group, you will handle all financial responsibilities as a prerequisite to taking on a bigger role in the organization:

- Group Funding for expansion - debt equity raising and working capital fund management & Banking operations

- Managing corporate affairs, interaction and interface with senior group company executives for driving the overall business/financial goals

- Monitoring of projects/ capital assets Tax planning and management of direct and indirect taxes

- Supervisory responsibility over project evaluation, MIS & costing, budgets, statutory compliances, export & import EOU/DGFT matters

- In addition, you would be responsible to motivate, lead and groom a team of people under you.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 20 years post-qualification experience. You must have exposure to working in Industries like cement, steel, power, mining or chemicals. You will have handled a position of responsibility in a 1000+ crore business. You will have demonstrated experience in handling a large finance team in all aspects of routine finance and special projects. You must be prepared to move to Hospet.
