Our client is a large manufacturing well established listed Company. As a CFO, you would be required to head the Finance, Accounts, MIS, Legal and IT functions of the Company. Your role as a CFO would include managing the following:
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including ; organizational revenue/expenses and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budget.
- Provide expert financial and commercial advice on business decisions to the management & leadership team.
- Grow company to next level through planning & managing of all Finance & Accounts including Banking, Treasury and Tax, Legal, Compliances.
- Establishing reporting, evaluation and monitoring systems for the management and concerned stakeholders.
- Control unit accounts heads and consolidate Corporate accounts.
- Have a keen business sense and be exceptional at financial and business analysis.
- Oversee regular analysis.
Knowledge & Skills
- Must possess strong knowledge and understanding of financial planning budgeting, multilateral funding and capital / debt market.
- Knowledge of best accounting practices and standards.
