Chief Financial Officer - Media

- Support growth strategy for business - Work closely with Senior Management team of the company and actively participate in business decisions to manage risks and ensure processes are followed.

- Monitor key KPIs w.r.t. Revenue, Profitability, Cash Flow, Receivables, Billing timelines, performance against plan/ forecasts, expenditures, headcount, etc.

- Lead business support functions w.r.t. finance & accounts, taxation (GST & Income Tax), legal (litigations, contracts, IPR), secretarial, MIS and streamline processes.

- Reporting & Compliances- Ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, MIS, and all compliances are done in a accurate and timely manner

- Coordinate with Corporate Office/ HQ team for any support in decisions, implementation of authority matrix and organizational policies, exceptional reporting, monthly financial reporting and forecast requirements.

- Collaboration- Work closely with other departments and business consultants (auditors and other financial, legal and tax consultants). Encourage knowledge sharing and monitor regulatory updates.

- Familiarity with Tally and SAP will be desirable

- Communication skills are important.
