Chief Financial Officer - Material Handling/Logistics & Automation Solutions Firm - CA

Our Client:-

Our client is a US MNC in material handling, logistics and automation solutions and cater to Fortune 500 companies. They have acquired an Indian group and are looking to transition from private ownership to a MNC environment. For the same they are looking to hire their CFO based out of Nashik

Role:-

Reporting to Global FD, you will be managing a team of 12+ professionals and will be responsible for:-

- Managing the change in transitioning the business from private ownership to alignment within a MNC, whilst supporting the business' key functional leaders.

- Taking a hands-on approach, while building a team to drive new accounting processes and procedures to meet the group requirements.

- Championing the current implementation of a new ERP system and associated processes from Finance perspective.

- Management of the organisation's Accounting and FP&A functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting, control of funds, capital expenditure and management of assets and drive rigour in control of costs.

- Ensuring compliance with Accounting and Treasury company policies, Code of Compliance, and local statutory, taxation and legal requirements.

- Accounting functions - general ledger, review of reconciliations, process and procedures and driving efficient and effective processes in Finance and Admin.

- Delivery of required reporting to local India management, APAC management, Regional Finance,

- Leading the annual Budget process and timely monthly forecasting - review, focus on accuracy and taking action where needed to drive the improvement of business results.

- Ensuring a smooth deployment of Oracle EPM tool into India and potentially a future SAP implementation.

Ideal Candidate: -

Ideally you are a CA with 15+ years of experience in a MNC environment and are well versed with running operational and strategic initiatives. You are a good people's leader and are thorough from all controlling and financial leadership perspectives.
