1. Background of the organisation : Its a Mid Size manufacturing company and its listed in both BSE & NSE It is a leading manufacturer for the industrial market. Manufacturing facility is at there world-class facility in Maharashtra, Here they work with OEMs and end-users to increase uptime while keeping the costs down. With a pan-India sales force, a wide distribution network and Industry engineering support,

2. Position : CFO

3. Location : Mumbai (Corporate office)

4. Job Role : The main crux is FUND RAISING, Financial & Banking : You will be responsible for preparing project reports, CMA and Business Plan, interacting with Banks and Financial Institutions for raising funds for project funding, Capex and working capital, Budgeting, Capital as well as operational expenses, Cost analysis and control; Keep close check on Budgeted and Actual expense for both capital as well as Operational/Revenue Expense, Fund flow and Cash Flow statements; arranging collection of funds from Debtors; managing payments to creditors including negotiating the terms of payment. Foreign currency loans, Bank Guarantee, Letter of credit, Forward contracts etc.

Audit : You will be responsible for Tax audit, statutory and Internal audits, system and management audits.

Taxation : You will be responsible for direct & Indirect taxation along with sound costing, MIS, budgeting with strong working knowledge of SAP and very good in MS Excel and in usage of other MS office tools.

Treasury : Liquidity Management : Short term and Long-Term Investments in various Financial Instruments b. Investment Management - Yield Improvement and Maximising c. Fund raising - Working Capital (Fund Based and Non-Fund Based) and Term loans.

Qualification : Any graduate with CA
