Experience: Minimum 10 Years Post qualification

CTC: Up to 40.00 Lacs

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Qualified CA. Looking for candidates from Manufacturing Industry only.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure the company's financial health and stability.

Cost Management: Analyzing and managing costs related to production, materials, labor, and overhead to maximize profitability.

Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support day-to-day operations and strategic investments.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, commodity price volatility, and supply chain disruptions.

Capital Allocation: Evaluating investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and financing options to optimize the company's capital structure and shareholder value.

Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance principles.

Strategic Planning: Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP) Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
