Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Job Summary : The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial risk

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

Qualifications and Skills :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
