Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm - CA

- CA with 18-28 years of experience in a manufacturing organization. Must have experience in CAPEX management, and preferably handled company secretarial work.

- will be Heading the Finance Function,Company Secretarial, Costing, Planning

- Managing external consultants (GST, IT, Audit) Accounts Finalization Treasury / Liquidity Management .

- Providing leadership, guidance, professional expertise to manage the Finance and Accounts function, Reporting Financials with compliances of accounting standards, Implementation of comprehensive set of controls and budgets, Fund Management, Corporate Governance, Working Capital Management etc.

- Providing guidance to the company towards profitability through sustainable positive cash flow by developing analytical and financial insight for all important long and short term decisions, resource allocation outcomes and external business partnerships.
