Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.

- Provide recommendations and insights on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute fundraising strategies.

- Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions. Prepare financial information and presentations for investor meetings and due diligence processes.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and transactions.

- Develop, implement, and maintain the efficiency of financial ERP systems and ensure consistency with global procedures reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in handling finance leadership role for a growing manufacturing focused enterprise.

- Chartered Account or a master's degree in accounting or finance or a related technical subject area.

- Exceptional business acumen and ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.

- Familiarity and experience in implementation of ERP.

- Analytical mindset with an attention to detail.

- Fluency in English is essential.
