We are currently seeking a highly experienced and accomplished professional to join our team as the Chief Financial Officer.

The CFO will play a crucial role in our organization, providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the company's long-term growth and success.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company's operations. This includes developing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, assessing financial risks, and implementing effective internal controls. You will work closely with the executive team to drive business performance and maximize shareholder value. Additionally, you will provide timely and accurate financial reporting to the management team and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth goals.

- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections.

- Assess financial risks and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to improve profitability.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to financial operations.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar top-level financial management position.

- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
