Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing - CA

1. Act as Strategic Business Partner to Senior Leadership Team

2. Assess & evaluate financial performance of the organisation with regard to long term goals & Budgets

3. Provide insight & recommendation to both short term & long term growth plan of organisation.

4. Identify acquire & implement System and software to provide critical financial & operational information. Make suggestions for Automating processes & increasing work efficiencies.

5. Create & establish yearly financial objectives that align with companies plan for growth & expansion.

6. Select & engage with Auditors, Investors & Consultants.

7. Participate in pivotal discussions as they relate to strategic initiatives & operating Models.

8. Implement policies processes & procedures as dim fit by Senior Leadership Team.

9. Review & ensure application of proper internal controls, compliance & financial procedures.

10. Ensure timelines & accuracy of financial and Management reporting data for Investors & companies Board Of Directors.

11. Manage Cash flow management process and ensure availability of funds.

12. Review and oversee Risk Management and Mitigation process

20+ years or more total Accounting & Finance experience. 5 years minimum experience as a CFO in a large ($500 million+ company)

Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance & CA (must)
