Position : Chief Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities :

- Fundraising & Investors Relations

- Business partnering with various cross-functional teams

- Business Finance / FP&A ; Variance Analysis, Risk Management, Forecasts, M&A

- Liaising with other divisions such as Legal & IT

- Establishing core financial processes

- Allocating resources and managing Cash Flow

- Business Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Commercial, taxation

- IPO Management, Business Transformation

Requirements :

- CA

- Minimum experience; 15 to 25 years of range

- Dynamic CFO. Ready to get hands dirty
