Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing - CA

Job Description :

- Min 15-20 years of related work experience

- Must be a CA

- Lead Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.

- Manage investors relations

- Should be working as a CFO or Head of Finance for a MNC.

- Should have had exposure to multi-location manufacturing operations at some point in his career

- Development of business plans, budgets, long term financial planning and review of the same.

- CAPEX, plant and machinery and funding for the same.

- Working Capital Management, arranging for funds-short term, long term etc, work with banks to raise additional capital and negotiate best interest rates.

- Ideally have experience in commodity accounting.

- Funding for new proposal and projects and managing the aggressive cost of funding. Exposure to different forms of capital acquisition-Banks, overseas capital, Private Equity, IPO etc

- Management of corporate funds through effective treasury management to achieve the maximum possible return

- Evaluating investment decision, viability analysis, ROI and advising management accordingly.

- Preferably- previous experience in managing investor relations.

- Knowledge of SAP
