Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing - CA

- Will be managing the entire finance function.

- Specific areas of focus will include Revenue recognition, Product costing & transfer pricing ,Material purchasing & purchase saving options, inco terms & foreign risk management, inventory control & costing, Manufacturing productivity, overhead reduction, capital investment & post investment reviews, working capital management.

- To implement and manage financial internal controls in accordance with Group and Division standard

- Lead the Co-ordination and consolidating of forecasts and budgets

- Provide critical decision-making analysis in support of the Strategic agenda of Sales Growth, Margin improvement and Cash generation.

- Manage all Financial statutory reporting and tax filing requirements including managing the day to day relationships with taxation and other Government Departments, external auditors & banks.

- Ensuring compliance with Company guidelines, tax laws, Local GAAP and IFRS

- CA with 15-20 years experience

- Exposure leading finance and accounting in a manufacturing setup

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
