Job Role

DIRECTORY & ACCOUNTING

- Oversee, manage, and coordinate the company's financial activities, which include controllership, financial planning, budgeting and analysis, and revenue cycle tasks.

- By using financial and business planning models and evaluations, collaborate with the business leaders to establish strategic business plans, budgets, and forecasts. Inform upper management on important measures related to costs, profitability, and cash flow.

- Create and carry out operational, strategic, and financial plans to help the company achieve its goals for profitability.

Commercial Collaboration

- Ought to collaborate with management to create the "organisation of the future."

- Assist in generating business deliverables and answer to management at the corporate and business unit levels. Oversee budget and forecasting procedures, as well as the analysis and reporting of financial data to support business planning.

- Assist companies by conducting impartial economic evaluations of their prospects, ventures, growth, potential purchases, and mergers and acquisitions.

ACCOUNTING, COMPLIANCE, FINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROL:

- In charge of overseeing the creation, execution, and observance of all organisational financial and accounting policies and processes in accordance with the relevant financial and accounting standards.

- Encourage the creation, application, and observance of internal policies, processes, and controls.

- Lead legal and taxation functions efficiently, making use of group expertise and resources to do so, and ensuring adherence to laws, filing requirements, and accounting and tax-related rules across all jurisdictions

FUND RAISING AND INVESTOR RELATIONSHIP:

- In charge of the resource mobilisation program, overseeing current operations, as well as growth and acquisitions at the most competitive price

- In charge of all bank funding and liability operations, as well as managing banking connections
