PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : - Be a strategic partner to GM by providing strategic and financial expertise pertaining to the impact of business decisions for the region. - Lead and manage strategic financial activities related to the annual strategic plan, budgeting process, and all areas of financial analysis for organizational financial effectiveness. - Manage Corporate Audit reporting and local statutory audit filings. - Provide sound and timely financial analyses and information in order to support senior management decision processes and strategic business objectives. - Lead and provide leadership and direction to the finance and admin team by managing the planning and direction of departmental operations and projects including day-to-day administration of assignments. - Recommend, implement and manage financial process change and drive automation that may impact the business and improve productivity and utilization of resources.
