Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturer

We are looking to hire a "CFO" with a leading manufacturer in Noida location

Candidate Experience required:-

- Fund Raising with PSU- s

- Cash Flow Management

- Financial discipline

Person should be

- In a number-1 role or independently managing the finance function in a subsidiary of a group company.

- Have worked in a promoter led company

- Have worked in a company with a strong Erp system (SAP would be ideal)

- Have managed a team of 6-12 people

- Have worked in a company that exports

- Willing to go to the plant once in 15 days and identify area of cost and other controls (Please check how often the person visited the plant)

- Mid 30-Mid 45 years old

- Garment / Textile Industry would be best but can look at Auto Ancillary or any other company with manufacturing.
