Chief Financial Officer - Logistics Firm

JOB PURPOSE

- The role involves formulating the business & future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Support the business in key decisions.

- Oversee the issuance of financial information.

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, commercials, legal, and tax departments.

- Monitor cash flows & working capital requirements for the organization.

- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team

- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Advise on long-term business and financial planning

- Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

- Review all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications :

- CA Plus MBA or CA in first attempt with a minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in a similar profile
