Chief Financial Officer - Jewel Business - CA

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior leadership team who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment and has the leadership capabilities to steer financial operations and corporate strategy at the highest level. The candidate will bring a proven track record in managing the financial strategy, operations, and structure of a company, particularly with experience in Public Listings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

- Lead capital raising activities for both debt and equity, driving strategic funding initiatives.

- Handle discussions with investors, bankers, and financial institutions to ensure sound financial strategies and relationships.

- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.

- Manage compliance work, including statutory filings, auditing, and reporting to regulatory authorities.

- Lead and manage the process of preparing for a public listing (IPO) and ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.

- Oversee the treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity management, working capital, and capital structure.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team and support business growth through sound financial decisions.

Experience:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5-7 years in FMCG Sector in managing senior leadership roles, ideally as CFO or in an equivalent role.

- Experience in capital raising (debt and equity) and demonstrated ability to manage relationships with investors and bankers.

- Strong tax knowledge and experience handling tax compliances.

- Strong experience with public company financial operations and regulatory compliance.

- Proven track record in leading successful IPO processes and transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration.

- Experience in managing investor relations and reporting to a Board of Directors.

Skills:

- Deep understanding of financial markets, capital raising strategies, and public company requirements.

- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute financial plans to drive business growth.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
