Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead all the finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls.

- Articulate business strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation to realize organizational goals

- Develop and maintain an adequate internal control system to keep costs under check and optimize the utilization of each Rupee.

- Prepare annual and periodic financial results for management review and control of finances

- Formulate budgets and conduct variance analysis between projected & actual expenditure and implement corrective actions. Also manage the projections and cash-flows.

- Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for facilities to meet working capital and project requirements including raising funds, as per the company's needs.

- Reviewing existing processes and leading the implementation of systems aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency of the organization

- Maintain practice (and product and project and customer) wise P&L and other MIS reports for the company to ensure clear reporting.

- Establishing and monitoring project-wise costing

- Ability to proactively manage internal audits and external/statutory auditors.

- Work with external/government agencies like RBI, GST, Income Tax for managing all compliances.

- Maintain complete control on accounts receivables and accounts payable.

- Manage the procurement process and periodic vendor assessment

- Oversee robust cost accounting processes.

- Manage the P&L of subsidiaries and transfer pricing between the entities.

- Ensure all legal and statutory compliance requirements are upheld
