Implement efficient treasury and cash management practices.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, conducting financial due diligence.

Cost Management:

Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Tax Planning:
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services business models and financial implications.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
