Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 12-18 years of experience, preferably in internet companies or startups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of steering financial strategies, managing substantial capital raises, and preparing companies for IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Manage capital raising efforts, including successful navigation of $50Mn+ funding rounds.

- Prepare and drive the company towards an IPO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support our growth objectives.

- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and auditing functions.

- Partner with executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

- Optimize financial performance, investment strategies, and risk management.

- Foster relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

- 12-18 years of experience in finance, with significant exposure to internet companies or startups.

- Demonstrated success in raising substantial capital and steering companies towards IPO.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
