Role : CFO
Location : Gurgaon
Timing : EST (4PM to 1AM)
Educational Qualification : Qualified CA / MBA Finance.
Must Have: Direct exposure to managing US GAAP, leading a team for global operations(US & India), prior experience in an IT product based Organization is preferred.
Experience : 15+ years of overall experience with min 12+ years of relevant experience into US & Indian Finance Operations with an IT/ITES domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management with a proven track record of developing teams, the ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience and interest in managing a large portfolio of businesses, with an ability to spot opportunities /risks.
-Will drive the overall financial management of the company and will advise the Leadership on matters relating to the future business expansion plans considering current financial status and future outlook
-Will also be required to attend investor meetings and manage overall Investor Relations.
- Develop Budget modeling by establishing KPIs / Run rates.
- Extensive experience with financial modeling, analyzing & forecasting topline revenues, expense management, Conducting EVA(Earning Variance Analysis) & strategic financial planning as well as overall P&L management.
- Will be in charge of ensuring all compliance in terms of statutory requirements & tightly manage the company's cash flow
- Overseeing Procurement & Purchase management.
Financial reporting : Production of the monthly and year-end US GAAP Financial Statements including P&L, BS, Off BS reporting, various schedules & disclosures as per the Regulatory requirement. Compliance of annual audits as per US & Indian GAAP & to identify the difference in US & Indian GAAP and preparing the US GAAP adjustments.
- Working with external auditors during annual /periodic reviews & annual audits, prior experience and exposure in managing global finance operations is preferred.
- Performing/assisting for company secretarial functions and process management for ensuring compliance thereof.
Functional Areas: Successful candidate should demonstrate application of all or majority of above requirements in the areas of:
- Monthly / Quarterly & Annual Financial Closure statements.
- Ensuring Compliances.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, US & Indian- AP/AR Function(AR applications/ AP and Analytics)..
- Operations of US & Indian Payroll management.
- Should have managed cross border transactions and can manage.
- Lead / Participate / Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency.
- Procurement, Purchase & Vendor Management.
- . Liaising with Banks, FA & GL reconciliations.
Systems Knowledge :
Familiarity or working knowledge of the following is desired-
Quick Books, Tally, Webtel ( or similar TDS management software), Paypac ( or similar Payroll management Software
