Chief Financial Officer - IT - CA

- As a CFO of an organization you will be responsible to work closely with MD / CEO and play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the firm.

- Working with the CEO/MD and the board to shape and implement the company's vision.

- You will be responsible to Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.

- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.

- Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

- Direct the Finance and accounting team and ensure their ongoing professional development and training. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

- Examine financial data to spot patterns and offer suggestions for enhancing the company's financial performance.

- Assess the financial impact of potential M&A opportunities, negotiate financing arrangements, and ensure that the integration of acquired companies is financially sound.

Desired Candidate : Be a qualified CA / MBA and a tenured CFO / Finance Head with working experience of atleast 25 years in IT / IT Consulting / Product / Software / Captive / Healthcare Captives at a Senior Leadership level
