Chief Financial Officer -IT

The Role: Chief Financial Officer ; For a fast growing Technology Service company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction (company's business plan, financial tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting)

- Develop performance measures to support the company's strategic direction

- Partnering with the Top Management to drive the operations of the Company, all divisions and levels

- Manage company's fund-raising initiatives including through Institutional / Venture Capital investments and debt finance.

- Manage relationships with Investors and key stakeholders

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, secretarial, tax, and treasury departments

- Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

- Coordinate and lead the annual statutory audit process, liaise with external auditors (Big four) and present to the audit committee.

Experience: 18-25 years with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
