1) The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
2) Involvement in decision making, financial accounting, cash management.
3) Managing corporate finance and implementing mergers and finance acquisition, strategic planning.
4) 10+ years of finance and accounting leadership experience in finance operations; prior experience in technology product company.
5) Knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
6) MBA/CA Qualificcation essential.
Additional Responsiblities.
High level of experience and competence in financial accounting, cash management, corporate finance, systems implementations, and mergers & acquisitions.
Experience managing the creation and development of metrics and scorecards to enable and enhance functional stewardship of managing budgets and investment in strategic and operational initiatives that drive our business forward.
Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues. Proven ability to implement and maintain internal control over financial reporting compliance with knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance
