Job Description - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives

- Develop credibility of the organization by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities

- Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company

- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action

- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company

- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities

- Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges

- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization

- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs

- Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the company may enter

- Ability to conduct/ attend investor meetings and represent the organization's financial analysis to the group as and when needed

- Should be able to liaise with investors and their representatives as and when needed

- Will be responsible for the overall financial growth of the organization and implementation of various activities that will lead the organization to success

Experience and Required Skills

- 3 years of experience as CFO in any Tech/Financial organization

- Preferably having knowledge of Cryptocurrency/Blockchain

- In depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Other traits like honesty, dependability and trustworthiness is crucial

It is very important to have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
