Chief Financial Officer - Insurance Firm

Currently there is an opening with a the leading insurance company for the CFO role based in Mumbai/Gurgaon.

- They need someone from BFSI only

- Life Insurance would be highly preferred

- Person would be handling a team of 50+

- Package will be the best in the industry

- Lead the entire scope of Finance function: FP&A, Investor reporting, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, financial planning and control, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, process improvement for business operations.

- Managing P&L Management at Zone, Company, BU level (management and statutory reporting)

- Partnering with business, cost allocation and control, marketing spends) - to ensure P&L delivery on monthly basis. Supervise monthly financial reporting and analysis.

- Help with Finance transformation projects and Transfer pricing process.

- Participated in Governance meeting with business teams on Pricing decisions

- Lead Quarterly Governance with Investors for Business and Financial performance.

- Should have Worked extensively with President/ MD, CFO, BU and Functional Heads, Global Stakeholders on all strategic and critical initiatives.
