Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure Business (AIF & InvIT)
Responsibilities:
- This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans for Infrastructure business over the next 5 -7 years.
- Directly responsible for financial accounting, audit, risk, corporate finance and statutory compliances. Expertise in financial reporting, including their knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of accounting for Service Concessions, Ind-AS, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as applicable.
- Will be responsible to build strong relationships with leading private & public banks and other financial institutions for an effective and competitive financing solutions. Must have a solid track record of raising debt. Structuring financing deals, managing relationships with investors or lenders, and navigating the fundraising process, will be the key.
- Risk management - ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.
- Compliances for direct and indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal and other statutory compliances. Also, ability to manage overseas investments compliances.
- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders via providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, and legal compliance reports.
- Systems &; Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigation to be put into place.

Relevant Experience:
- A Chartered accountant with 15-20 years of experience is a must for this role CA degree
- Should have an ability to efficiently manage Stakeholders (Internal & External) including auditors
- Should have an experience of leading an infrastructure platform as a CFO
