Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure

Below are the synopsis of the role

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.

- Strategic management : Corporate Strategy for new ventures/strategic initiatives, organizing market research, pre-investment & feasibility studies, business valuation based on DCF, Assets valuations - comparable, replacement cost basis. 

- Group treasury operation management, budgeting and funds flow management, tax planning etc., commercial contracts review, participation of tenders/ vendors negotiation, etc.

- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
