The group has recently embarked on an ambitious growth plan and is looking for a highly talented Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO/Promoter and handling a team of 15-20 people, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the management in financial and business reviews, feasibility studies and other financial analysis

- Fund Management, Accounting controls, FP&A, Budgeting and all other aspects of finance.

- Driving the development of business plans for India Finance operations

- Monitoring the company's progress and ensuring regular financial advice

- Supporting the CEO and BU heads in leading the development of the organization

- Ensuring the maintenance of adequate financial controls and compliance

- Effectively leading the forecasting and analysis function by managing the monthly

- Demand planning process and distributor relations

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years post qualification experience and have been managing the Finance function of an Infrastructure consultancy or developer. You are well versed with I-GAAP reporting and have managing a team of 15 people. You must have experience in Project management (OPEX, CAPEX etc.) and arranging of funds through bankers. You must have a strong track record of success in leading projects and working with key stakeholders ( Income tax department/Banks/FIs)
