Overall responsible for planning and leading the departmental operations including delivery of FC&A .

1. Interface closely with department heads of the hospital on a regular basis to ascertain their FC&A needs and requirements

2. Ensure that the department continues to provide an efficient, user friendly, cost-effective service to all the stakeholders resulting in highest customer satisfaction

3. Ensure effective resolution of all customers (external / internal) queries / issues in the least Turn Around Time

Key Responsibilities : Operations - Financial

1. Plan, lead and direct departmental activities and collaborate with other department for smooth functioning and effective patient care and management.

2. Ideate, recommend, develop or suggest best policies and procedures pertaining to FC&A services to Business Head

3. Responsible for designing the departmental governance framework and support FC&A Governance organization.

- CA with 15 years plus experience

- 20 to 30 member team

- Hospital and Hospitality experience must.
