Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our healthcare organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector's financial landscape, including revenue cycle management, reimbursement models, and cost containment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

- Manage revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and payer negotiations.

- Optimize operational costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.

- Provide financial insights to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.

- Oversee capital expenditures and investment strategies.

- Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

- Lead financial audits and ensure transparency in financial operations.

- Implement financial systems and technology to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

- CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is an advantage.

- Extensive experience in financial leadership within the healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and reimbursement models.

- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulations, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics.
