Chief Financial Officer - GBS

In search of a CFO for a leading GBS in Gurgaon/Bangalore (only female candidates)

1) Responsible for leading the company's overall Finance function and providing strategic direction for practice development and growth.

2)Responsible for developing key stakeholder relationships and driving company's Finance relationships with member firms globally .

3) Protect the firm's reputation and brand by implementing sustainable and practice financial risk mitigation plans.

4) Responsible for implementation of a comprehensive Business Continuity Management program for the Finance function.

Technical skills

- Multiple end to end implementation experience for Global Finance and Accounting.

- Prior experience in a leadership role in a Consulting or Professional Services organization.

- Strong knowledge of Finance processes and systems, automation initiatives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with interacting and making presentations to senior management including CXO level
