We have opening for CFO in leading Garment manufacturing Industry based in "OMAN".
Manufacturing Experience in Must.
Job Overview :
- Develop and implement strategic and annual operating business plan. Provide monthly variance reporting against monthly plans, cash flows and various operating metrics. Provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Formulate revenue and capital budget plans for the business, conduct monthly appraisals of actual performance vs. forecast, provide variance analysis and suggest corrective actions in case of negative variances.
- Finalization of monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reporting statements to the stakeholders.
- Exposure in Payroll Accounting
- Update and implement all necessary business and accounting policies and practices. Maintain and develop the finance department's overall Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Ensure compliance of applicable taxes and statutes
- Perform accounting and reporting in line with the applicable accounting standards. Complete required statutory reporting including Transfer Pricing.
- Managing inventory, including auditing, forecasting and planning
- Developing and implementing incentive plans to increase sales and improve profitability
- Work with internal & external auditors.
- Negotiate office space lease and renewals, custom clearances etc as required
- Negotiate equipment leases and furniture purchases; coordinates equipment service, asset management.
- Be a part of the executive team and take part in key decision processes. Work with & provide support to the business teams to achieve business objectives.
- Be responsible for the legal function and play a proactive role on business contracting with customers, vendors and other business partner of the company.
- Monitor day to day cost control in areas like Travel, Procurement, Canteen, Transport etc.
- Able to read, analyze and interpret financial statements
