Job Description : - Support the CEO in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development &amp; execution of business strategies - Develop the annual financial budget and the 3-year Annual operating Plan (AOP) for the company - Support the CEO in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development &amp; execution of business strategies - Ensure tax planning &amp; compliance with the tax administration authorities - Negotiate with banks on pricing and tenure for working capital financing - Forecast the funding requirements &amp; assess impact on balance sheet and cash flow - Create aggressive cost management systems using analytics - Prepare the consolidated financial budgets and present to the Board of directors (P&amp;Ls) - Build an effective team &amp; motivate employee to optimize their performance by applying PMP - Leading the team for Commercial transactions in procurement and logistics would be a key driver to build operational efficiencies - Prepare and present the Monthly Operating statement (MOS) and KPIs for the management committee. - Negotiate with banks on pricing and tenure for working capital financing - Ensure adequate lines of credit are maintained for CAPEX - Hands on experience on SAP ERP, would help the company transition to a more evolved IT savvy organization. Salary Offered : 40-60 LPA
