The Chief Financial Officer role is that he is intended to drive, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of the finance function of the organization both domestic and Overseas entities.The role will be accountable for the financial well-being of the Organization, Consolidation of Accounts, Monitoring Utilization of funds etc., while providing sound advice at all points of time to the Management on Best Practices and keeping all the Company's Governance issues at its best.

- Lead the Overall Finance and Accounting function within and across the entities of the organization.

- Lead the Treasury Management function including but not limited to analysis and provisioning of the funds necessary for various domestic and foreign entities of the organization.

- Develop, Organize, Evaluate, and present the Financials and report the same in a timely manner to the Management.

- Lead the function relating to SEZ and EOU financial operations.

- Lead the Treasury Function and manage the holdings and liquidity of the organization.

Qualification & Experience: CA ,Min 25 Yrs Yrs of experience,Should have handled similar role for at least 5 years in any reputed mid cap (1000+Cr Turnover) companies preferably from a Public Listed Company
