Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - CA

Hiring for Colombo-Sri Lanka, CFO Finance role.

CA-1st attempt (2016-2021) from consumer industry or any FMCG .

- Business Partnering and Driving P&L

- Driving business profitability and hygiene by working with other MC members and their teams. Key KPI's include EBITDA, Working Capital, Controllable Costs.

- Business partnering can be broken into:

a. PSO Finance - Factory and Sourcing based

b. Sales finance - Working with Sales team, Distributors and Trade & Customer Marketing.

c. Marketing finance - Optimizing ATL investments along with the Brand team.

- Controlling & Reporting - Absolute control over entire Trial Balance. Statutory and group reporting every quarter & year end. Closure of books of account in a time bound manner every month.

- Compliance - Reviewing and updating internal controls to ensure there is no leakage. Working with the Internal Audit team improve existing processes.

- FP&A - Reviewing various reports, deriving business insights and sharing them with relevant stakeholders in Sri Lanka as well as Head office. Accurately forecasting the P&L to enable efficient decision making.

- Treasury - Maintaining/Expanding relationships with banks. Managing funds, import credit, import approvals and other key areas.

- Team management - Leading a team of 4 people and ensuring engagement with them as well as their development
